2023 FEE SCHEDULE FOR BERMUDA POINTE COMMON DOCK FACILITY

 

Effective 4/1/2023

 

Annual Lease - $1,300 (must be prepaid)

 

Overnight - $10.00* per day

Checklist for dock renewal/application/waiting list:

​

1. Dock Fee

2. Copy of your boat liability insurance

3. Copy of your current registration 

4. Signed Hold Harmless form if not on file 

​

The Dock Master shall assign subscriber's a spot and has the authority

to move boats around the dock as needed.

​

*Payments and registration should be submitted to ASM office at 4 Pensacola Place, Suite B. Checks must be made payable to Bermuda Pointe POA.
