2026 FEE SCHEDULE FOR BERMUDA POINTE COMMON DOCK FACILITY

 

Effective 4/1/2026

 

Annual Lease - $1,500 (must be prepaid)

 

Overnight - $10.00* per day

Checklist for dock renewal/application/waiting list:

1. Dock Form

2. Dock Fee

3. Copy of your boat liability insurance

4. Copy of your current registration 

5. Signed Hold Harmless form if not on file 

​

The Dock Master shall assign subscriber's a spot and has the authority

to move boats around the dock as needed.

*Payments and registration should be submitted to ASM office at PO Drawer 5, Hilton Head, SC 29938. Checks must be made payable to Bermuda Pointe POA.
