Any homeowner’s wanting to be added to the wait list to secure a permanent dock slip should contact Atlantic States.

Please be reminded that the face dock is a day dock primarily to be used for temporary docking, as a launch area for paddle boards and kayaks, and for an occasional overnight use for those without a reserved slip.  For this purpose the nightly rate is $10 and use should be limited to 48 hours.  Please ensure your boat's registration and insurance information is on file with ASM prior to using the day dock. This fee is on the honor system and should be sent directly to Atlantic States:

All residents with a reserved slip are to use their assigned slip and should only use the day dock for short amounts of time when those without docks do not need access.

Dock slips are associated to current homeowners, if a home is sold, the dock slip is reverted back to the HOA. New homeowners must apply again for a slip and may be placed on the waiting list.
